Stephen Harper dissolves Canadian Parliament
September 07 2008: Today Stephen Harper asked the Governor General of Canada to dissolve the 39th Parliament and set Elections for October 14th. We are not sure what the Bloc Quebecois is aiming for - but we'll even keep an eye on them.
